Clinic Details: Athletes will be instructed on all volleyball skills,
including passing, setting, serving, attacking, and defense.
Speed training will focus on vertical jump training, court speed and attack explosiveness.
*Groups will be divided by age and experience level.
*All athletes will receive a camp t-shirt
