Volleyball Lesson Registration October

Please select all days and times that your daughter is available for volleyball training and/or Sports Performance Trai. If you register for multiple training sessions (ex- Power VB, Strength & Power, and VB lessons), we will schedule all of your training times to allow you to participate in all groups.


You will receive an email with your confirmed group day, time, and additional details by September 25th.

*Power Volleyball Training- off court volleyball skill development that is focused on improving ball control, footspeed, and overall skill development. Training takes place on Monday afternoons at the MPCC Community Life Center.


Power Volleyball will take place at 4pm on Mondays.

We will begin a waiting list when the group is full.

*There will be no training the week of October 14th (Fall Break)

Monday Power Volleyball Training Availability:

*Small Group Lessons- consist of 6-8 athletes that will focus on overall skill development and/or position specific training. Group lessons take place on Wednesday afternoons at New Hope Church.

Select all times that your child is available to take lessons in October.

There will be no training the week of October 14th (Fall Break)

Wednesday Small Group Lesson Time Availability:

*Strength & Power Training- focuses on core stability, strength training, explosion, and flexibility through age-appropriate exercises. Takes place at MPCC Community Life Center.

Please check all times that your child is available for Strength & Power Training in October.

There will be no training the week of October 14th (Fall Break)

Strength and Power Training Times

*Speed and Agility- develops quickness, foot speed, proper running form, deceleration, and explosion. Takes place at MPCC Community Life Center.
