Strength & Power Training / Speed & Agility Registration for October

Please select all days and times that you would like to participate in a training group. If you register for multiple training sessions (ex- Power VB, Strength & Power, and VB lessons), we will schedule all of your training times to allow you to participate in all groups.

You will receive an email with your confirmed group day, time, and additional details by September 25th.

*Strength & Power Training- focuses on core stability, strength training, explosion, and flexibility through age appropriate exercises.

Please check all times that your child is available for Strength & Power Training in October.

There will be no training the week of October 14th (Fall Break)

*Speed and Agility- develops quickness, foot speed, proper running form, deceleration, and explosion.
